i haven't had a camera now for over a month and it's depressing
i use my camera phone, but it just isn't the same.
so, i will whine until we can get a new one.
and whoever the person was that picked up my little pink cannon and thought they should take it home with them instead of turning into Amtrak lost and found?
well, i don't like you right now.
you can steal my camera, but you can't steal my words.
don't forget.
snap.
"mom?" "yeah Georgia" "well, is this gonna be the actual dance recital or just a practice one?"
audrey's hands during her balance beam routine, they are graceful and soft, like they have a mind of their own.
harper's eyebrows, the way they rise up to greet me when i pick him up from school, he makes this surprised face to see me, he has no idea that i thought about him all day.
my home. it is finally organized to the point where we always know where something is. it took 5 years but i like it. the laundry might pile up and the floor is sticky but everything has a place.
my husband. he is strong and not afraid of change. now that we are all out of his hair all day he can get his work done and then be super dad for the rest of the day. a picture today would have been when he picked up georgie from preschool on his bike/trailer, she was so proud of him.
thankful.
for love.
for family.
for friendships.
for the grace that i am gifted with each day.
snap. shutter closed.
